🔄 7-Day Return Policy
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.
📹 Unboxing Video Required
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, wrong product, or manufacturing issue claim.
The video should:
- Show the package before opening
- Clearly show the shipping label/order details
- Record the complete opening of the package without cuts or editing
- Clearly show the product and any issue
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
✅ Return/Exchange Conditions
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- All original accessories, cables, manuals, boxes, and other included items should be returned.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification may not qualify.
- After receiving the returned product, Michael Tech will inspect it before approving the return or exchange.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and unboxing video.
Michael Tech reserves the right to approve or reject a return/exchange after inspection according to the above policy.
