Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing fault.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a return request, customers must provide order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Used or physically damaged products after delivery.
  • Clearance, promotional, or special-discount items unless defective.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or another suitable method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If a product is defective or incorrect, Michael Tech may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
